Conzuri Returns And Refund Policy 

Conzuri makes some of the best height-elevating shoes on the market, but that doesn’t mean they don’t mess up sometimes. Every once in a while, an unlucky customer will receive their order and be less than satisfied. Whether the shoe doesn’t fit properly or arrives defective, maybe they didn’t even send the right product. 

In times such as these. It’s crucial for a company to have an accommodating return and refund policy. These policies can sometimes make or break customer relations with the seller, especially if the issue is especially bad. 

Let’s dive into Conzuri’s return and refund policy today and see if this company sides with the customer or if they’re just another soulless corporation. 

Conzuri’s Returns And Refunds

Let’s get this answered ASAP. Conzuri has both an excellent refund and returns policy, which is delegated by an amazing customer service and support staff. 

Conzuri gives unsatisfied customers 30 days for returns. Many places only offer two weeks after the sale, but Conzuri understands they have an international client base, meaning delivery times vary, and it would be unrealistic to hold everyone to that standard. 

Customers need to provide proof of purchase and take the following actions to finish the refund process: 

-Contact Conzuri to obtain the return address. The delivery information for Conzuri’s US or UK facilities will be sent, whichever one is nearest.

-Once returned, send proof of shipping (i.e., send a picture of the receipt via email or direct messaging) for support to view.

-If returning an item with a tracking number, inform support of the anticipated time of return of the order to the warehouse. 

-Customer services will send an email confirming receipt of the returned item as soon as it is received from shipping and examined. Additionally, they will let the buyer know if their refund is approved or denied.

If accepted, the refund will be handled and credited to the original payment method or credit card automatically. Reimbursement will take 3-5 working days. 

Products have to be unused and in the same condition as received in order to be eligible for a refund. They need to be in the original box as well.

It’s only right for us to note that anyone who uses an affiliate link or purchases a bundle package will not be eligible for a refund. On a brighter note, Conzuri has a one-month replace and repair program. This is for any shoe that came out in poor condition, including the few times the boost insole bubble popped. 

Order Cancellation

Great question: Does Conzuri empathise with buyer’s remorse? This isn’t exactly something we can expend from businesses; after all, they’re in this for the money. But no one can deny that this is a very real thing. 

We’re happy and somewhat surprised to say Conzuri does empathise with this issue. Conzuri offers customers six hours to cancel their orders if they would like to. The earlier, the better. They won’t be able to cancel the order after six hours as it would have already been processed.

They are unable to handle a refund if the order has been fulfilled within the last six hours (since the product is already on its way).  Buyers who are regretful can still start the return process after they get the package. 

Depending on your payment method, a cancelled purchase reimbursement will be in the mail in three to five business days. While credit/debit card buyers may need to wait a little while longer, PayPal transactions are instantaneous.

Exchanges

Shoes like Conzuri’s are hard to compare with, but sometimes a customer will change their mind about which shoe they want. Perhaps they bought a pair of Fly-Tops and now realise they would be happier with a pair of V2 Axels, and their extra boost. So what now? 

If the customer would like to swap out the item for a different size or style, they may do so by returning it for store credit and placing a new order in the desired size, style or boost.

They can email support if they need to swap it for an identical item. 

If a customer requests an exchange, there will be a re-delivery shipping fee. Customers will be charged per item they order. The costs are as follows in both GBP and Dollar: 

  • £15 for shoes in the UK
  • $25 for shoes worldwide
  • £5 for insoles in the UK
  • $5 for insoles in the US
  • $10 for insoles worldwide
